At Flextro, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. That means you have 30 days to request a return, no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all components included.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that is damaged due to misuse or neglect

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@flextro.co with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
